Today I'm sharing a SUPER fun and versatile card base, a triple tier slider card! If you watch the assembly video you will hear me say, several times, that this card design reminds me of a 3 layer cake so I've included some "icing" in the file that you can use to turn your card into a "cake" if you wish. I've also included several other odds and ends that you can use for embellishments or you can go completely rogue and pick your embellishments from the Cricut Design Space library of images. :)

Assembly Notes

To see how to assemble this project you can watch the video on my YouTube channel here.
Please note: This file is basically just the base for the card and NOT the entire project as shown in the picture. I opted to go with a sticker set that I picked up from Michael's instead of doing paper embellishments. I did include a few different embellishment pieces that you can use but I recommend using print then cut for the majority of them because they are fairly small pieces with lots of intricate details and will cut just fine if you print them with the shadow layers.

Download

This is an SVG only file so there is no direct link to a Cricut Design Space project. You can download the SVG file Triple Tier Slider Card SVG.

Inspiration for this card base comes from Dawn's Stamping Studio.

I have a question for you. When I upload your file into DS the score lines are cut lines. so the folded pieces cut in half. I tried in DS and DS3. In your video you said you cut it in DS so I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. I don’t know how to change the lines to score lines. I love your file and thank you for sharing!

In your layer panel you need to click on the scissor icon for each of the score (red) lines to bring up the layer attributes and along the top of that panel you click on ‘score’.
