To my knowledge Cricut has never confirmed or denied whether a firmware and software update would make it possible for us to do a larger print then cut. It sure would be nice though!

Such a bummer. I can’t use it yet. Keep getting the plug in error. Ive gone through all the possible work arounds, and still no success.

Lisa, I would contact Cricut support if you are still having this problem.

It won’t let me download plug-in. Because it isn’t in the app store. I live in Canada, maybe that’s it??

Hi Marja. Are you trying to access it on a mobile device? This update is only for desktop or laptop computers and will not work on iPhone, iPad or Android devices. You will need to continue using the actual Design Space App which hasn’t been updated just yet.

Mine is not a Mac though, I went to the settings and personalization and clicked on “run all apps”, but I get error, wrong pathway.

            What browser are you using?

            Microsoft edge

That is likely the problem. During our beta testing Edge was found to cause more errors than any other browser so was taken off the compatibility list. For the best performance you need to use Google Chrome with DS3.
