A cute and fun way to count down the remaining days until Christmas. This is perfect for the little ones that don't quite understand the concept of time yet as it helps them visualize how long they have left until the big day.

Assembly Notes
Cut all pieces and then assemble as shown. I glued my paper pieces on top of a piece of chipboard to make it sturdier and then used a brad to attach the nose. For the shading on the cheeks I used blending chalks and for the writing on the hat I used a white chalk marker.

Supplies Used
Heavy Chipboard: http://shrsl.com/1q11o
Blending Chalks: https://amzn.to/2CXcG4F
Chalk Marker (these fit in the Explore and Maker): https://amzn.to/2CW9IgM

Sorry to bother you, were you able to test cut the hat? I am still not able to cut it.

Debra, I don’t know what happened with the file but after working on it for over an hour I ended up having to redo a few of the elements…something was wonky with the hat and the font used on it so I redid those and then saved again and it went right to cut. So, here’s the working file. https://design.cricut.com/#/design/39734042

The black hat and eyes will not cut. I loads and the go light flashes and when I push it nothing happens. The two lights remain lit but it doesn’t move. Any ideas why?
    Everything else cuts.

Hi Debra. I’m away from my machines right now but I will try a test cut with this file tomorrow and let you know if I discover any issues.
