I absolutely LOVE shaker cards! On this one I used a tag shape for the shaker element and made it the focal point of the card. Instead of using colored cardstock for my base layer and the "Love" cutout I decided to go with white and did a watercolor wash to add a little something extra.
Assembly Notes
When you open the file you will see 2 gray pieces, the light gray is for the clear window and the dark gray is for the foam backer. I used acetate for my window and had my Cricut write directly onto it using a Sharpie ... remember that you don't have to make your card exactly as I did mine, use your imagination and the supplies you have on hand. I used a sheet of fun foam for the dark gray layer, you can omit cutting that layer if you prefer to just use foam tape. Your window (acetate) gets adhered to the back of the tag shape followed by the foam layer. Then just sprinkle some shaker bits onto the front of the card base and move them into a little pile in the center so you can adhere your tag over them. Make sure you use a solid line of adhesive on the back of the foam or else you will have a real shower of sequins and beads when you go to shake the card. :)
