Make it as simple or as elegant as you'd like! When you open the file in Design Space it is sized for a card, to use it as a tag just select all and drag down to your preferred size.

The only "extras" I did for this card was to use my Minc to foil the sentiment and then added a piece of gold cardstock between the pocket and front layer.
